General Questions
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are strongly recommended, especially during the holiday season. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
How long can we stay for our reservation?
Parties of 1–4 guests have a 90-minute dining window, while parties of 5 or more have two hours. Your dining time begins at your scheduled reservation time.
Reservations made at 8:30 PM or later are not subject to standard dining time limits, as these are our final reservations of the evening. Final reservation times are 8:30 PM on weekdays and 9:30 PM on weekends. Operating hours still apply.
Can I request seating in the Bistro or Terrace?
Absolutely! We will do our best to accommodate your seating preference. However, specific seating areas are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Can I make a reservation for a large party or private event?
Yes! Reservations for 16 or more guests require manager approval. Parties of 20 or more require a special group menu and deposit.
Our Terrace can accommodate up to 35 guests, subject to availability and manager approval. For larger gatherings, we also offer private event space in our Tent, which requires a minimum of 60 guests. Our Events Team can assist with additional details.
What is your cancellation and late arrival policy?
Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If you're running late, please give us a call.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. For large parties requiring a deposit, cancellations made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Can I bring my own cake or cupcakes?
Yes! Cupcakes are recommended, although we will do our best to accommodate cakes. Please bring your dessert with you, as storage and refrigeration cannot be guaranteed.
Holiday Questions
What should I know about Christmas Eve reservations?
Our last lunch reservation is at 2:30 PM. Dinner reservations begin at 4:00 PM, with the final reservation at 6:30 PM.
We will exclusively offer a special à la carte Christmas Eve menu.
What should I know about New Year's Eve reservations?
Our last lunch reservation is at 2:30 PM. Dinner reservations begin at 4:00 PM, with the final reservation at 9:30 PM.
We will exclusively offer a special four-course menu for $75 per person.
Standard dining time limits apply. If you plan to stay for the ball drop, we recommend making a reservation for 8:00 PM or later.
Will there be holiday entertainment?
There will be no live entertainment on Thanksgiving Eve.
On New Year's Eve, DJ Little Lou will be performing from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
